POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Remote Onboarding Specialist to serve as the first point of contact and operational guide for agents joining Epique Realty. You will manage the entire onboarding journey—handling everything from RECO license transfers and compliance paperwork to setting up technology access—ensuring every new agent feels supported and confident from day one.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Ontario real estate administration, brokerage onboarding, or agent services.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Experience with TRREB (Toronto Regional Real Estate Board) and ITSO.
  • Strong knowledge of RECO compliance and licensing requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Authentisign, and CRM platforms.
  • Experience with Lone Wolf is highly desirable.
  • Customer service or client success background.

  • Provide remote step-by-step guidance on Epique Realty’s systems, including CRM, transaction management platforms, and digital marketing tools.
  • Host virtual onboarding sessions to introduce agents to brokerage tools, resources, and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate onboarding records and track progress through our agent onboarding funnel.
  • Serve as the primary support contact for new agents during their first 90 days.
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve and streamline the onboarding experience.
