As a family-owned and fast-growing automotive group, we believe in hiring great people and giving them the tools to succeed. We’re currently looking for a passionate and organized Onboarding & Recruiting Specialist to join our HR team and help us find, hire, and welcome top-tier talent into our organization. About the Role: As an Onboarding & Recruiting Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential candidates and a key resource for new hires. Application Review: Carefully review and sort incoming job applications to identify top talent for a variety of roles within the dealership group. New Hire Onboarding: Guide new hires through the onboarding process—from offer letter to first-day paperwork—to ensure a smooth and positive start. HR Documentation: Manage all required onboarding documents, while ensuring compliance with HR standards. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to tailor onboarding processes for each department’s needs. Support Resource: Serve as the go-to contact for new hires, answering questions and providing guidance through their onboarding period. Tracking & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records and help track onboarding progress across departments. What We’re Looking For: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR software preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). A positive, team-oriented mindset and a passion for helping others succeed. Benefits: Paid time off (PTO) for vacation, personal, and sick days. Matching contribution to your 401K retirement savings plan. Employee discount on vehicle purchases, servicing, and parts. Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage for you and your eligible dependents. Life insurance. Certified DailyPay partner. Employee Assistance Program.
