Description As an Onboarding Specialist, you will work at Elevia as part of Homesteaders Life Company. You will be responsible for onboarding funeral home customers to the Elevia texting platform. Ensure customers are properly configured, trained, and launched within a 30-day onboarding window. Your role will include managing kickoff calls, onboarding timelines, workflow configuration, and training to ensure successful adoption and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: Conduct onboarding kickoff meetings with new customers. Configure customer accounts and workflows on the Elevia platform. Coordinate with data specialists to ensure accurate data import. Manage onboarding timeline to achieve go-live within 30 days. Provide training sessions for funeral home teams. Create onboarding documentation and guides. Coordinate with Sales and Customer Success teams. Identify onboarding improvements and process enhancements.
