We are looking for an Onboarding Specialist to join our team and help new clients to get onboard, adjust well to our work environment. This opening is for Philippines residents only. Responsibilities Review and verify available information Work directly with clients to collect documents/information in the onboarding process Prepare onboarding kits (e.g., general information, instructional videos, contact list, etc.) Assign the clients to the internal team as necessary Distribute manuals, passwords, and guidelines as needed to the internal team Ensure utmost confidentiality while handling the onboardings Address new client queries regarding their onboardings Introduce team members to clients Ensure new clients have the access to technical assistance to properly connect and set up their software Welcome new clients upon their onboarding Uphold all verification details on the DashClicks dashboard by being diligent in reviewing client details and profiles Escalate fraud, suspicious activity, or terms of service violations to the appropriate team Adapt to evolving requirements and internal policies and operations Management reserves the right to modify or update the job description at any time, and such changes may be made without prior notice. Requirements Attention to detail Structured thinking Clear and concise writing and communication Two or more years of experience in a role working through a queue is preferred Team spirit Strong organizational skills.
