The Role As the Onboarding Specialist for our Daylight product, you will play a critical role in helping multifamily property owners and operators maximize revenue, optimize occupancy, and enhance portfolio performance through the effective implementation and support of revenue management software. You will partner closely with property teams to configure systems, analyze performance data, and guide strategic pricing decisions that drive measurable results. This role requires a strong blend of analytical expertise, technical proficiency, and client-facing communication skills. You’ll serve as a trusted partner to our customers, ensuring successful system adoption, delivering actionable revenue insights, and helping property teams unlock the full value of our platform. Responsibilities: Implement Systems: Lead the onboarding process for new properties, including setup, configuration, and integration of revenue management software Develop Pricing Strategies: Analyze demand, competitor pricing, and market trends to optimize rents, renewals, and ancillary income opportunities Monitor Performance: Track KPIs such as occupancy rates and rent growth; prepare reports and actionable insights for leadership and clients Support Clients: Act as the primary point of contact for property teams, providing guidance, troubleshooting, and revenue recommendations Improve Processes: Audit operational practices, recommend improvements, and ensure adherence to revenue management standards Deliver Training: Help create training programs and materials Conduct Market Research: Perform ongoing competitor analysis and market assessments to guide pricing decisions Qualifications: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable pricing recommendations Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets (advanced functions, modeling, reporting) Experience with multifamily property management and knowledge of real estate fundamentals Familiarity with revenue management systems (e.g., RealPage, Yardi, Entrata, ResMan, etc.) Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in client-facing interactions Proven problem-solving abilities to resolve system, billing, or operational issues Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered Why Rentable: 100% remote workplace Competitive Compensation Open Vacation Policy (you take vacation whenever you want) Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 100% paid Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, and Life Insurance program 401k Program No A**hole policy If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation in the application or recruiting process, please contact your recruiter.
