Onboarding Specialist Firm: W.A. Smith Financial Group Location: Sheffield Village, OH Overview: W.A. Smith Financial Group located in Sheffield Village, OH is seeking a high-level Onboarding Specialist to deliver a white-glove client onboarding experience. This is not simply paperwork processing. This role owns the most critical stage of client trust: the implementation phase. You will manage documentation, transfers, timelines, communication, and internal coordination — while providing elite follow-up and follow-through. Your performance directly impacts client retention, advisor confidence, referrals, and long-term loyalty.
