Coordinate and monitor background check processing and completion. Conduct candidate follow-ups regarding onboarding requirements, application status, and documentation. Serve as a point of contact between candidates, supervisors, and HR for onboarding and recruitment-related concerns. Maintain accurate employee and candidate records in HR systems. Support recruitment-related administrative tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and status tracking. Ensure compliance with company onboarding procedures and hiring requirements. Assist in process improvements related to onboarding and recruitment administration. At least 1 year experience in HR/Recruitment/Onboarding OR 1 year BPO experience (Voice/Back-Office) Familiarity with Workday or Paycor is a PLUS Proficiency in using MS Excel Excellent verbal and written English skills Must be residing within GMA (Greater Manila Area) Amenable working night shift What can we offer you?
