Join our newly established Onboarding & Delivery Team within TAD (Talent Acquisition & Development), dedicated to delivering exceptional onboarding for new joiners, employees transitioning to new roles, and first-time managers. Our mission is to build a high-performing team where every individual feels valued and supported as they integrate into their role. As an Onboarding Success Partner at Nokia, you’ll be part of a dynamic global team, ensuring new joiners have a seamless, tailored onboarding journey that meets the diverse needs of our international workforce. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, recruiters, candidates, and stakeholders, helping optimize onboarding processes to support Nokia’s evolving needs.
