Job Description We are looking for a Onboarding Support to join our Inetum Team and be a part of a work culture focused on innovation! Location: Lisbon Main Responsibilities: Owns the accuracy of regulatory reviews and ensures clients meet all compliance standards before sign-off. Communicates confidently with clients, Relationship Managers, and senior stakeholders via email or phone. Consistently meets individual and team deadlines and performance goals. Create and update standard operating procedures when needed. Reports progress, risks, and issues to management and key stakeholders. Spots and solves compliance gaps, while identifying non-compliant clients and defining clear remediation plans. Qualifications Profile: Academic background in Economics, Business Administration, Law or related field. + 1 years of Banking Operations or other relevant experience. Strong capacity to comprehend, articulate and facilitate change. Fluency in English (mandatory). Proficiency in MS Office, specially Excel. Financial regulations and financial products knowledge is a plus. Excellent communication skills. Resilient, curious and keen to investigate. Attention to details.
