Description
About the role: We’re looking for an Onboarding Team Lead who will lead a team of specialists, support their growth through structured coaching and performance management, and ensure balanced resource allocation. This role will drive process standardization, operational transparency, and workflow optimization through data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and the implementation of AI, CRM, and data enrichment tools.
