    Kirinari Community Services have a fantastic opportunity for a Oncall/Rostering Coordinator to secure employment with a well-recognised, rapidly expanding and essential support service in our Lavington head office.

Responsibilities

The Oncall/Rostering Coordinator will support our frontline workers as the first point of contact outside normal business hours for emergencies, unplanned leave and general assistance.

  • Assisting frontline staff with after-hours and emergency situations by providing logical and calculated decisions to ensure customer and staff safety
  • Follow the escalation procedures as required
  • Provide accurate information for reporting on calls, incidents and customer updates
  • Assist employees with unplanned leave outside of normal business hours and fill the shifts with current staff
  • Assist our rostering team with timekeeping, shift fill and maintaining effective rosters in line with our Enterprise Agreements
  • Report accurate information on authorised and unauthorised restrictive practices within the allotted reporting timeframes
  • Assist the rostering team with building of employee lines, inbox maintenance and other duties as required
  • Assist our main receptionist with all overflow calls during the 6am-2pm (Monday-Friday)

The hours for this role are Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm with some availability required outside these hours on an adhoc basis. This position is based at our Lavington office.
