  • Training and development experience in secondary care selling environment.
  • APBI qualified

DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Sales or Head Office experience in pharmaceuticals
  • Experience in developing bespoke capability programs for different functions
  • Understanding of customer engagement programs and training
  • Advanced communication and influencing skills
  • Prior learning and capability development role
  • Marketing experience

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate within a dynamic team to ensure that our customer-facing teams receive comprehensive and compliant training, staying current with the latest scientific insights related to their specific tumour areas, including disease, treatment, and guidelines.
  • Implement innovative and agile learning solutions, utilising digital, omnichannel, and advanced learning technologies to deliver essential scientific knowledge and updates.
  • Partner with Global Oncology Learning and Capability Development teams to develop and tailor existing training materials, guaranteeing all local training resources are current and relevant.
