As an Oncology Sales Representative, you will report to the Oncology Sales Manager – Breast Cancer. Your role involves developing strategic relationships with key influencers, grounded in a deep scientific understanding, to enhance access to medicines for patients. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University degree in science and/or business
  • 3 years+ of oncology sales experience with a solid understanding of institutional account management is an asset

  • Ability to positively impact and influence others, quickly establishing credibility while building strong business relationships
  • Experience engaging key influencers in sophisticated clinical environments, developing strategies to improve treatment, and implementing them using planning and influencing skills
  • An excellent teammate, able to work within a diverse, cross-functional team, enhancing team cohesiveness and agility
  • Build and arrange effective speaker programs with physician advocates and KOLs working with the broader Sales, Brand, and Scientific team
