As an Oncology Sales Specialist, you’ll manage a high-performing territory in VIC East, partnering with clinicians and decision-makers across leading hospitals. You’ll focus on BD’s hazardous drug solutions, vascular access devices, and closed-system technologies - all designed to protect healthcare professionals and patients during oncology therapies. Your Day-to-Day Drive adoption of BD’s oncology portfolio across hospitals in VIC East Build strong relationships with Oncology NUMs, educators, pharmacists, and nurses Deliver product demonstrations, in-servicing, and clinical education Identify new business opportunities and expand market share Collaborate with BD infusion pump specialists to deliver integrated solutions Provide insights on clinical trends and competitor activity Attend conferences and industry events to stay ahead About You You’re a hunter, energetic, driven, and focused on results. You understand the power of relationships and know how to turn them into business growth. You’ll bring: Oncology nursing background with medical sales experience OR proven pharma sales experience in oncology or experience in selling medical products to hospitals Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and manage a large territory Valid Australian driver’s licence and willingness to travel Why BD?
