JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a strong understanding children with specific needs and challenges. This role involves working 1:1 with a child, and spending their days creating a safe space for the child to particpate in the program. The candidate will only be responsible for caring for this one student, and helping the student through their day.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a classroom setting or childcare environment is preferred.
  • Strong background in early childhood education or related field is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with both children and adults.
  • A nurturing attitude and the ability to create positive relationships with children.
  • Must be able to pass background checks as required by state regulations. We encourage individuals who are passionate about making a difference in children’s lives to apply for this rewarding position.
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
    Pay: $16.83-$27.33 per hour
    Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
