QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTES:

  • Alberta Child Care Certification level 1 minimum
  • Valid First Aid Certificate and Security Check including Vulnerable Sector Search
  • Experience and knowledge in working with children with special needs
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision making skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships with families, co-workers and management
  • Demonstrated team work abilities and flexibility
  • Excellent organization skills and time management
  • Maintaining confidentiality
  • Willing to learn, open to feedback
