YOU BRING

We’re looking for someone who is not only skilled but also passionate about making a difference. A Mbo+, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in the logistics business or a proven commercial role in another industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills – both verbal and written – in Dutch and English
  • A strong analytical mindset with the ability to focus on key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • A commercial mindset with a flair for flexibility and creativity in problem-solving
  • A collaborative spirit as an enthusiastic team worker
  • Preferably, experience with CRM systems like Salesforce

Responsibilities

As a ONECare Sales Specialist, you’ll be a vital link between our clients and our innovative solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Client Development & Growth: Cultivate and expand our client base by actively following up on leads, engaging in cold calling, and nurturing relationships
  • Digital Adoption Champion: Proactively educate and empower our ONECare clients to fully leverage our growing suite of technical and self-service tools. You’ll stay ahead of the curve on new developments and skillfully demonstrate the value these tools bring to their business. When a human touch is needed, you’ll be there to provide hands-on support.
  • Contractual Expertise: Take ownership of all contract-related matters for our ONECare clients, from rate quotations to seamless contract filing. You’ll provide essential ad-hoc support, respond to sales leads, and act as the primary escalation point for any service issues that the ONECare Service team can’t resolve.
  • Driving Digital Transformation: Contribute to ONE’s digital evolution by actively promoting our e-commerce platform externally and supporting the internal adoption of powerful tech enablers like Salesforce, Tiger, and EagleX.
