We are seeking an OneStream Manager, to be part of our Technology Consulting practice. The role will include leading and growing our OneStream offering and collaborating closely with clients to deliver transformative Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions. EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or a related field (ACCA, CIMA or CPA certification is a plus).
• OneStream certification is highly desirable.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in EPM/CPM solutions with at least 2 full-cycle OneStream implementations.
• Proficiency in OneStream XF, VB.NET, SQL, and system integration methodologies.
• Solid experience in Project Management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

• Advanced technical proficiency in OneStream including Model Building, Scripting and Troubleshooting.
• Extensive expertise in Financial Consolidation, Planning and Budgeting within OneStream.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable OneStream solutions.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality Financial Transformation projects.
• Expertise in mentoring and developing junior team members to achieve their full potential.
• Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to engage effectively with senior-level stakeholders including C-suite executives.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing client engagements within a Consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong understanding of Financial and Management reporting processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Leading the development and execution of our OneStream Strategy, positioning the Firm as a market leader in EPM solutions.
• Managing end-to-end implementations of OneStream, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope and alignment with client objectives.
• Engaging with senior stakeholders to understand their business needs and providing expert advisory on Financial Consolidation, Planning and Reporting.
• Designing and developing OneStream models, leveraging its Consolidation, Planning and Reporting capabilities to optimise financial processes.
• Overseeing the integration of OneStream with existing Financial and Operational systems to ensure seamless data flow and optimal functionality.
• Staying updated on OneStream developments and industry best practices while proactively sharing insights and expertise with both internal teams and clients.
• Contributing to Business Development efforts by identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals and driving growth in the OneStream practice.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT and Operations to enhance the value delivered to clients.
