Kearney and Company is seeking a OneStream Trainer to join our growing team! Responsibilities include but not limited to: Develop the overall OneStream training strategy Identify target audiences (Administrators, Power Users, End Users, Executives) Create role-based learning paths Align training with implementation phases (Design → Build → UAT → Go-Live → Post-Go-Live) Coordinate with Implementation Partners and Internal SMEs. Support design of training materials such as user guides, job aids, and process flow diagrams. Develop hands-on exercises in workflow management, reporting and dashboards. Conduct instructor led sessions (virtual or in person). Provide role specific sessions - administrator, power users, data load users, report developers Qualifications BA/BS/BBA degree from an accredited college/university Minimum of 5 years of related experience System training or teaching experience, coupled with functional knowledge of PPBE process and/or OneStream Understand application architecture, workflow profiles, data management sequences, security role and access Understand reporting tools (Cube Views, dashboards, business rules at conceptual level) Willing to work onsite 5 days a week at MacDill AFB Active Secret Clearance Preferred Qualifications: Finance & accounting knowledge Excellent communication skills Instructional design capability Hands-on OneStream system experience Change management awareness KCO1701 #LI-MA1 Overview Exclusively focused on the Government, Kearney & Company provides financial services, including auditing, consulting, and technology services. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable).
