In 1974, Castellini purchased Riley Whittle, Inc, an asset based trucking company operating since 1954, to haul produce from the growing regions of the United States into the Midwest for customer distribution. RWI Transportation flourished using its own fleet and outside carriers to meet and exceed our customer service expectations. To focus on the rising demand of non-asset based logistics services, the strategic decision was made to separate RWI Logistics from RWI Transportation in 2013. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a customer-facing department.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with great attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using various online tools and software, such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining effective collaboration with team members.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup to perform responsibilities remotely.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Online Administrative Assistant to join our Customer Support department. In this full-time, hourly role, you will play an integral part in ensuring smooth operations of our support team by handling a variety of administrative tasks. If you are a proactive professional with excellent communication skills in English and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Provide administrative support to the Customer Support team, including scheduling, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via email and other online platforms.
  • Maintain and organize digital records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of customer-related data.
  • Assist in creating, proofreading, and editing support documentation, FAQs, and other resources for customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify areas of process improvement and implement solutions that enhance team efficiency.
  • Track and report on key customer service metrics to support informed decision-making.
  • Support onboarding and training efforts for new Customer Support team members.
