We’re Hiring Bilingual ( Portuguese & English Speaker ) Online Advertising Specialist!
We’re on the lookout for a talented and passionate Online Advertising Specialist to join our growing team in Dubai!
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and manage online advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Targeting & Strategy: Define and implement targeting strategies, including audience segmentation and keyword research, to ensure ads reach the intended demographic.
- Budget Management: Monitor and adjust ad spend to optimize ROI while staying within budget guidelines.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly review campaign performance metrics, analyze results, and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of online ads.
- Optimization: Continuously test, optimize, and improve ad copy, visuals, bidding strategies, and landing pages for better conversion rates and reduced cost-per-click (CPC).
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date on the latest digital advertising trends, technologies, and best practices to stay competitive.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments (such as marketing, content, and sales) to ensure consistency in brand messaging and alignment of online advertising efforts with overall marketing goals.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives and landing pages to improve performance.
- Reporting: Provide regular performance reports to stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in online advertising and digital marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, advertising platforms, and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with a focus on performance optimization.
