THE POSITION

We are looking for an enthusiastic Online Advisor to contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for taking and processing orders over the phone, closing sales and maintaining good customer relationships.
An effective Online Advisor must be an excellent communicator and have people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
The goal is to help the company grow by being in constant contact with our customer base and developing business.

• Assisting in answering questions about products or the company
• Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
• Ensure all Refunds and Returns are processed effectively
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner
• Print and process rep orders
• Go the “extra mile” to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations
• Ensure all email orders and enquiries are handled efficiently
• Follow company packing procedures and standards
