About the Role: We are looking for two hardworking and reliable colleagues to join our fast-paced Online Department. This is a vital, physically active role that ensures our customer orders are organised and loaded for delivery before the store opens. Key Responsibilities & Physical Demands: This role is highly demanding and requires a high level of physical fitness. You will be expected to: Work at Pace: Meet strict morning deadlines to ensure vans depart on time. Heavy Lifting: Constantly move and lift delivery crates (totes) weighing up to15kg. Stacking: Safely stack crates to head height within the warehouse and on delivery vehicles. Loading: Stack down crates and load 3.5-ton vans ready for our drivers to take out on the road. Driving & Development: We are looking for candidates who are comfortable behind the wheel. Upon successful completion of your probation period, we will provide full training for you to drive and manoeuvre our 3.5-ton delivery vans within the department yard to support our morning loading activities. Candidate Requirements: Punctuality: Must be able to commit to **4:00 AM starts**. Flexibility: Available to work shifts ranging across the entire week (including weekends). Driving License: A valid UK Driving License is **essential**. Resilience: Comfortable with heavy lifting and working in a busy, outdoor/yard environment. Why Join Us?
