Job Description Eclick is looking for Online Bidder Location - Kolkata (On site) Salary - Hike on Last Drawn What You’ll Do: 1) Identify and bid on potential projects across platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, and PeoplePerHour. 2) Write customized, high-quality proposals that address client requirements. 3) Maintain relationships with existing clients and follow up on submitted proposals. 4) Work closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure accurate estimations and project planning. 5) Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. 6) Track and report bidding success rate and conversion ratios. 7) Research and analyze market trends and client needs to identify new opportunities. 8) Maintain client data and communication history using CRM tools. What We’re Looking For: 1) Experienced with excellent command over English(Both written and Spoken). 2) Minimum qualification must be graduate. B.Tech or BSC (Computer Science) candidate is mandatory. 3) Immediate joiners is preferred. 4) Candidate must be comfortable in work from office.
