Position Summary: Oklahoma Christian University invites applications for a full-time Program Chair of the Online BSN Nursing Program beginning Fall 2026. This in-person position serves as the administrative leader of the program, overseeing curriculum, faculty, and operations while supporting student success and program growth.  Primary Responsibilities: * Provide leadership for the development, coordination, and evaluation of the Online BSN program * Collaborate with faculty to develop and implement strategic plans * Oversee faculty assignments, performance, and development * Support student recruitment, retention, and success * Coordinate with hospital partners and university departments * Some travel to hospital partner sites is required * Ensure compliance with accreditation and state reporting requirements * Manage program budget and assist with resource development * Participate in university committees and administrative functions * Promote the mission and values of Oklahoma Christian University * Other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements: * Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) * Minimum of seven years of clinical experience * Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills * Active member of a local church and aligned with OC’s Christian mission Preferred Qualifications: * Ph.D. in Nursing or related field * Undergraduate teaching experience * Experience in academic administration or program leadership * Familiarity with online learning platforms and student data systems Timetable: Application review is underway and will continue until the position is filled.
