Job Purpose The Online Channel Sales Manager is responsible for the planning, recommending, execution and evaluation of the B2C digital activation plans following the ACES principles (Assortment, Content, Engagement, Search) for the targeted online platforms. In alignment with marketing and commercial teams and with the ultimate goal to deliver KPIs, this individual is the brand advocate for all demand creation levers in digital platforms. S/he has a critical role in establishing Opella brands as an expert, leader and performer in the evolving B2C online space. Main responsibilities: Lead and manage the annual online operation strategy & plan, with clear business objectives based on strong understanding of online consumer journey/ behavior and E-com platform dynamics Coordination with marketing, sales, logistics, and IT teams for seamless execution (Cross-functional Collaboration). Preparing regular performance reports and presenting insights to senior management (Reporting & Analytics). Ensure ACES principles are developed and applied in selected platforms to create value in order to drive growth Lead the creation of best tailored online campaign master plan with categories’/ brand´s sense of purpose and yearly plans. Align with key stakeholders on product, target consumer groups and pricing strategy, review and optimize it to maximize sales opportunity to lead the B2C partners for the best-in-class campaign execution Lead & deliver online operation efficiency by optimizing operation, promotion, in-site resources investment by tracking and analyzing platform operation data to deliver higher ROI Effectively manage CRM data and online shopper trends to support marketing and commercial teams as well as BD team on other NPD launch preparations Adherence to platform policies and data privacy regulations (Risk & Compliance). High focus on e-commerce innovations and competitor analysis (Technology & Trend Monitoring). Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree E-commerce experience, experience of flagship store operation and agency & distributor management is preferred Strong strategic thinking and business planning skills Strong communication and negotiation skill, problem-solving skills, persistent and positive mind set, strong accountability and great team player Good presentation skills, incl. PPT writing and in-person presentation Excited and willing to further grow capabilities in e-com environment. Experience in both pharmaceutical and FMCG/FMCH sectors.
