Responsibilities

• Engage in real-time conversations with fans/subscribers across social platforms.
• Build relationships and keep fans engaged.
• Promote premium content and offers naturally through chat.
• Hit performance targets (response time, conversions, sales).
• Contribute to the growth of our models and the agency.

Requirements

• Fluent written English.
• Ambition and a strong work ethic — this is a role for someone who wants to climb fast.
• Sales-driven mindset; comfortable steering conversations towards results.
• Consistency: must be available for 7 days per week, 6 hours per day (42 hours total).
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer support is helpful but not required.
