Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain electronic records and databases accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, documents, and correspondence as needed.
  • Respond to inquiries from staff and patients via email or online communication platforms.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and virtual meetings for healthcare staff.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Support various administrative functions, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve online workflows and processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in administration or healthcare preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and online communication tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and record management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
