We’re looking for someone to join the online concessions team, able to manage the onboarding and operational management of concession brands on Harrods.com.
This is a great chance to step into a people management position, overseeing the daily tasks of two coordinators.
You will support the Concession Manager on business projects, share the divisional strategy amongst partnering teams and monitor and revise online publishing processes. You will support the management of new concession on-boarding processes for the Harrods Store and e-concession model, including working directly with the Concession Manager and the Concession brands. You will develop yourself to understand the digital systems and be able to educate the team to resolve issues. You will ensure launches are tracked and dates are met, working closely with Studio teams to ensure products are launching within the agreed SLAs and own the Seasonal and Production trackers.
You will use your stakeholder management skills to build relationships internally; partnering the Online Assistant Trade Managers, Trading Teams and Buying & Merchandising functions, you will ultimately optimise the online operational trading of existing Concession brands and processes. and develop your project management capability.
Your strengths will lay in the commercial understanding and the power of fast movement, and you will want to discover better end to end production processes.
