    We are looking for an Online Content Specialist with strong linguistic knowledge in Swedish to join our team of Online Content Specialists under Marketing Communication. Your role will include managing the content localization process of IKEA Finland’s Swedish store and online communication, hands-on translation work, as well as managing digital assets and publishing locally relevant content on IKEA digital channels (notably IKEA Finland’s Swedish online content).
    For this role we believe you have experience in the field of translation and localization, with deep linguistic knowledge in Swedish language content. In addition, we see as benefits experience in online content creation, working with e-commerce platforms and SEO.
    We believe you have:


    • Proven advanced training in linguistic field as well as experience in translations EN-SV and FI-SV and EN-FI

    • Experience of hands-on localization as well as working in online translation software, Computer Assisted Translation tools and Translation management systems
    • Experience of translation project management and overall project management
    • Copywriting skills and capability to learn the IKEA tone of voice.
      To succeed in this role, we expect deep linguistic knowledge in Swedish and Finnish, and full professional proficiency English language.
      As you will work with optimizing commercial messages both online and in-store, you have both strong visual and copy text skills. You are passionate about optimizing content based on data and have ability to adapt new technical skills. You are driven to understand the IKEA concept, tone of voice and brand guidelines. You have good interpersonal skills with the ability to build trustful relationships with local, international and external stakeholders.

    Responsibilities

    In the role of Online Content Specialist, you are responsible for executing high quality and relevant content on IKEA digital channels to improve search engine relevance, strengthening the IKEA brand, as well as increasing online visits, engagement and conversions.
    Your daily tasks will include:
    -
    - Manage content localization process: adjust global material for local adaptation to secure local relevance for Swedish language in store communication and online communication for Swedish language website
    - Manage & review digital assets and publish locally relevant content on IKEA digital channels based on received plans
    - Measuring performance of content to optimize and improve KPIs, and contribute to the development with insights, recommendations and solutions in the area of content
    - Work closely daily with communications, range, merchandising, SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) and digital performance functions to secure cross-functional alignment in the wider E-commerce matrix
    - Actively cooperating with all key stakeholders within commercial and beyond to secure integration, common focus and maximize impact
    - Contributing to the integrated multichannel executions of the marketing team in order to contribute to the business goals
    - Being an active player in driving an open and sharing climate, be a role model of the IKEA values, and contribute to the digital transformation of IKEA.
    In this role you will report to the Country Marketing Communications Manager & Integrated Media Leader, and the main working location is in Service Office, Espoo.
