Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE:

· Coordinate and manage the collection of client reviews at scale
· Work with legal teams to identify the key windows for collecting reviews and ensuring review requests are sent as part of the client journey
· Monitor key review platforms (e.g., Trustpilot, Google Reviews)
· Ensure responses are timely, professional, and on brand
· Spot and track any recurring client issues or concerns
· Maintain a tracker of reviews and response rates
· Suggest improvements to increase the volume of positive feedback
· Integrate review widgets
· Implement and manage email marketing
· Implement strategies such as automated review requests, social media engagement, and CRM tools to streamline the review collection process
