QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in an online capacity.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle complex or sensitive customer inquiries effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, online communication tools, and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping customers and delivering an excellent support experience.
  • Flexible availability to work full-time across various shifts, including weekends or holidays if needed.

    The pay range for this role is:
    21.91 - 34.91 USD per hour(Remote (Valparaiso, Indiana, US)
