Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated English Teachers to join our team. As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for educating students in the English language, literature, and writing skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the curriculum guidelines
- Provide instruction on grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and writing
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students
- Assess student progress and provide feedback on assignments
- Utilize various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
Experience:
- Previous experience in tutoring or classroom teaching
- Strong command of the English language
- Experience working with children or young adults
- Bachelor’s degree in English or Education
- Teaching certification. Certified teachers at Public School Board.
Others:
- Energetic, outgoing, caring, passionate, reliable and overall professional
- Flexible in working hours. Able to work between 5:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (at least 6 mornings each week), and 9:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. Eastern Time Fridays and Saturdays.
- Good computer skills as well as office software.
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Freelance
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: From $700.00 per week
Expected hours: No less than 14 per week
