OVERVIEW
We are looking for dedicated and passionate English teachers to join our team and help young learners develop their language skills through engaging and interactive reading-based lessons.
REQUIREMENTS
- Native-level English proficiency, with a clear North American or English accent preferred.
- TESOL certification or equivalent.
- Availability to work early mornings (6 PM – 9 PM Beijing time), accommodating students in different time zones.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for education and cultural exchange.
- Previous experience in tutoring or classroom education is preferred.
- Experience teaching young learners is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bachelor Degree in Education or relevant field is preferred.

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As an Online English Teacher, you will guide small groups of students (no more than four) in building strong reading habits, improving comprehension, and fostering a love for the English language. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ language development while working in a flexible, remote environment.
DUTIES
- Lead small group (max 4 students) reading sessions with students aged 3–14, using provided materials tailored to their language proficiency and interests.
- Assist students in understanding reading materials and guide them through structured exercises to reinforce their comprehension and critical thinking skills.
- Occasionally create customized lesson plans aligned with specific reading materials to address the unique needs of the group.l.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as necessary.
- Foster a supportive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes student engagement.
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding student progress.
