Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re on the hunt for a commercially minded and digitally savvy Online Growth Lead to lead a cross-functional program aimed at unlocking incremental online revenue across Officeworks’ digital channels.
In this contract role, you’ll take ownership of the Online Growth Program — a strategic initiative focused on improving conversion rates, boosting traffic, and enhancing the customer experience across our website. Reporting to the Online & Martech Enablement Manager, you’ll define and manage a high-impact backlog of initiatives across CRO, SEO, CX and platform capability uplift.
You’ll work closely with teams across ecommerce, marketing, customer insights, IT, and digital delivery to ensure initiatives are well-prioritised, aligned to commercial goals, and delivered on time with measurable outcomes.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Manage the Online Growth Program roadmap and lead the end-to-end delivery of key initiatives, analysing performance against the program KPIs
  • Collaborate across ecommerce, digital, marketing, CX and IT teams to align strategy with execution
  • Build initiative use cases, forecast ROI, and present performance updates to senior stakeholders
  • Drive delivery through coordination with multiple digital squads and ensure progress, timelines and budget is tracked
  • Champion data driven and customer-first thinking across all dprogram activity
    This role is hybrid, with 2 days a week based at our Chadstone Support Office.
