Salary: AED 4500- 5000 Based on interview performance
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Online Incharge to oversee our online retail operations. The role involves managing product listings, processing online orders, handling customer inquiries, coordinating with logistics, and supporting digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in e-commerce platforms and excellent coordination skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce or online retail operations.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Amazon, Noon, or Shopify.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic analytics tools.
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of UAE retail and e-commerce market is an advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Manage product listings on platforms like Amazon.ae, Noon, Shopify, and social media.
  • Monitor and update inventory and pricing.
  • Process and track online orders from placement to delivery.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints via WhatsApp, email, and social media.
  • Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely order fulfillment.
  • Ensure accuracy in product descriptions, images, and promotions.
  • Support online marketing activities and campaigns.
  • Prepare regular reports on online sales performance.
  • Monitor competitor activities and suggest improvements.
