- You’re pumped to expand SOUNDBOKS’ reach even further, getting more products into the hands of those who are ready to experience it.
- You’ve got proven track record managing multi-million dollar international cross-channel marketing budgets, boosting ROI, and adapting across strategies to hit financial targets across all channels.
- You’ve actively worked on building and activating marketing strategies and efforts with particular focus on the US and German markets.
- You’ve led teams before, and what really drives you is seeing people grow, thrive, and do their best work.
- You’re well versed in online marketing channels - Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Paid Social, Organic Social, and Email.
- You’re organised and detail-oriented, making sure campaigns run smoothly while keeping track of progress through business goals, marketing objectives, and KPIs.
- You’re comfortable with ambiguity and can quickly pivot or adjust strategies as things change, while balancing multiple high-priority projects and maintaining quality.
- You’re working with both internal teams and external agencies, and leading a team of online marketers across paid and content.
- You carry a creative mindset and are able to generate new ideas and innovative solutions that drive marketing success.
- Ideally, you’ve got experience with attribution models and analysing customer journeys to inform channel strategy.
- You may already have experience with influencer marketing strategies, including identifying and collaborating with influencers, negotiating contracts, and managing campaigns to boost brand reach.
