Description

This person will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing and reporting digital campaigns. To be successful in this role, this person is required to have the following skills and experience:

  • 4+ years of recent experience setting up, optimizing and reporting campaigns in platforms such as Facebook / Instagram / Meta for Business, LinkedIn as well as programmatic display/video experience with platforms like Google Ads, DV360, Campaign Manager, TheTradeDesk, Adobe Advertising Cloud, and/or Acuity.
  • Experience in analyzing campaigns performance and making recommendations for budget allocation and creative production.
  • Deliver social media content with a fresh approach and respond to all followers
  • Create and implement a marketing strategy to develop brand presence.
  • Create, deliver, and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely
  • Creation and management of marketing for listings, open houses, and coming soon campaigns.
  • Consistently update all website content so it is fresh and current
  • Write weekly blogs
  • Incorporate new prospects into marketing campaigns
  • Help to plan and organize all agent training and networking events, take photos/videos, and then market on social media
  • Create, edit and post videos
  • Develops innovative forward-thinking design concepts
  • Be a graphic design pro! You can execute flyers, postcards, social media posts, etc…with ease and professionalism
  • Stay informed about marketing trends and monitoring industry changes that help maintain the brokerage’s competitiveness
  • Research and deployment of new media that benefit and improve SEO results
  • Manage vendor/partner service providers from concept to completion
  • Help individual agents with their own personal marketing, advertising, and social media

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $34,225.91-$81,300.26 per year
