Description:
This person will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing and reporting digital campaigns. To be successful in this role, this person is required to have the following skills and experience:
- 4+ years of recent experience setting up, optimizing and reporting campaigns in platforms such as Facebook / Instagram / Meta for Business, LinkedIn as well as programmatic display/video experience with platforms like Google Ads, DV360, Campaign Manager, TheTradeDesk, Adobe Advertising Cloud, and/or Acuity.
- Experience in analyzing campaigns performance and making recommendations for budget allocation and creative production.
- Deliver social media content with a fresh approach and respond to all followers
- Create and implement a marketing strategy to develop brand presence.
- Create, deliver, and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely
- Creation and management of marketing for listings, open houses, and coming soon campaigns.
- Consistently update all website content so it is fresh and current
- Write weekly blogs
- Incorporate new prospects into marketing campaigns
- Help to plan and organize all agent training and networking events, take photos/videos, and then market on social media
- Create, edit and post videos
- Develops innovative forward-thinking design concepts
- Be a graphic design pro! You can execute flyers, postcards, social media posts, etc…with ease and professionalism
- Stay informed about marketing trends and monitoring industry changes that help maintain the brokerage’s competitiveness
- Research and deployment of new media that benefit and improve SEO results
- Manage vendor/partner service providers from concept to completion
- Help individual agents with their own personal marketing, advertising, and social media
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $34,225.91-$81,300.26 per year
