OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Online Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a proven track record of driving online traffic, engagement, and conversions. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing online marketing strategies across various digital channels to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in online marketing with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics.
  • Hands-on experience managing online advertising campaigns, including Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and other PPC platforms.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content for online channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and exploring new opportunities.
  • Experience with SEO, content marketing, and email marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive online marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across digital channels including but not limited to social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
  • Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns, including Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and other PPC platforms, to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Create compelling and engaging content for online channels, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, content, and sales to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
