The Position

• Manage and analyze mobile messaging campaigns with tools like Marketo, SFMC, Braze, and OCE.
• Develop and execute transactional and outbound mobile messages.
• Create, test, and analyze user journeys, segmentation, localization, and asset creation for mobile campaigns.
• Track and report on mobile campaign performance, offering insights for improvements.
• Consult with stakeholders to understand preferences and develop solutions.
• Ensure adherence to processes, documentation, and best practices.
• Support global projects and initiatives as needed.
