“bty DSO Management” is a leading provider of dental support services, committed to enhancing the online presence and performance of dental practices. We are looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team and drive our SEO strategy to new heights.
We are seeking a motivated and creative Online Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies that enhance our brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads/sales. This includes managing social media platforms, content marketing, SEO, and online advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive online marketing strategies to align with business goals.
- Create, curate and manage engaging content for various online platforms, including websites, blogs, and social media profiles.
- Optimize website content and structure for improved search engine rankings. Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. Create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and monitor performance metrics.
- Plan and execute online advertising campaigns (PPC, social media ads, etc) to maximize ROI. Monitor and analyze ad performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Design and implement email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional emails. Analyze email performance metrics and optimize for better engagement.
- Utilize analytics tools ( e.g, Google Analytics, social media insights) to track and report on campaign performance. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve marketing strategies.
- Work closely withs cross-functional teams (designs, sales, etc.) to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels. Collaborate with other members to brainstorm and develop new marketing initiatives.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, digital marketing tools, and best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3 years experience in online marketing or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools ( e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media advertising platforms).
- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience with Marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and website management.
