ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Online Marketplace Assistant to support our Amazon marketplace operations team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their e-commerce career who wants hands-on experience with one of the most critical platforms in online retail. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our product listings are accurate, compliant, and optimised for visibility, while helping the wider team stay on top of account health and performance.
This role is much more than basic admin – you’ll be diving into the engine room of a high-growth Amazon business, learning how listings, data, and compliance intersect to drive commercial outcomes. You’ll be trusted to manage key operational tasks, with room to grow as you master the platform and gain exposure to other areas of marketplace trading.
