WHAT DOES AN ONLINE MARKETPLACE EXECUTIVE DO AT ONE RETAIL GROUP UAE?

As an Online Marketplace Executive, you will play a key role in driving the success of our products across Amazon globally, (including Amazon.ae), Noon, and other local marketplaces. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of best-selling products, ensuring their performance meets sales, revenue, and profitability targets. With a team of just under 100 people across the UK and China, you will be one of our first employees within the UAE and working alongside our Global CEO.
Sponsorship is available although existing UAE residency is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be working closely with a diverse, enthusiastic, and talented team as part of a growing Marketplace Department. You will be responsible for a portfolio of products across our UAE Amazon Marketplace. In your role, you will be responsible for:

  • P&L Ownership & Performance Management – Manage a portfolio of products across Amazon, Noon, and other marketplaces, taking full ownership of product sales, revenue, and profitability, ensuring key financial targets are met.
  • Advertising & PPC Management – Create, manage, and optimise Amazon PPC and other marketplace advertising campaigns to maximise ROI and visibility.
  • Product Strategy & Optimisation – Analyse sales trends, category data, and market dynamics to refine pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies.
  • New Product Launches – Successfully introduce new products into competitive niches, ensuring strong sales and profitability from launch.
  • Marketplace Expansion – Identify and execute opportunities to scale into new platforms beyond Amazon and Noon, working closely with trading and logistics teams.
  • Brand & Content Management – Improve product listings with keyword-optimised descriptions, high-quality visuals, and enhanced brand positioning.
  • Competitor & Market Analysis – Conduct competitor research to inform pricing strategies and product differentiation.
  • Campaign & Deal Execution – Plan and manage major sales events (Prime Day, White Friday, Ramadan) to maximise traffic and conversions.
