ABOUT THE ROLE

Pakenham CARCO is looking for a detail-oriented and creative Online Merchandiser to bring our vehicle inventory to life online. This is a key role that combines media production, digital marketing, and inventory accuracy to ensure our cars shine on every major online platform.
Reporting to the Online Merchandising Manager, you’ll be responsible for capturing high-quality photos and videos, managing pricing and listings, and ensuring our vehicles are showcased to the highest standard. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Operate the in-house photobooth and capture professional photos/videos of vehicles (interior and exterior).
• Edit and upload engaging content, including video voiceovers, across online sales platforms.
• Write clear, informative, and compelling descriptions for each vehicle.
• Maintain accurate pricing and availability using systems like Autogate and Livemarket.
• Track lead activity and assist with reporting on performance metrics.
• Liaise with the reconditioning and sales teams to ensure vehicles are online-ready.
• Keep listings up to date and aligned with promotions and market strategies.
