The role plays a key part in translating Fashion brand DNA, seasonal stories, and commercial priorities into a compelling and seamless digital customer experience.    What you will do  Set up products for sale on the Fashion website and mobile apps using the e-commerce platform  Manage online merchandising and category listings across Fashion e‑commerce platforms  Report weekly sales performance for products and categories  Ensure website assets are photographed, retouched, and presented in line with Fashion brand guidelines  Monitor web analytics in line with agreed principles and KPIs  Assist in coordinating initial allocations, new samples, and core replenishment  Ensure product delivery to distribution centers and coordinate on‑sale and pre-sale launches  Develop and execute improvement plans to enhance the online customer experience  Publish and manage digital collateral for Fashion e-commerce platforms, including homepage and landing pages  Incorporate online best practices to ensure a seamless online-to-offline customer journey  Prepare reports and analyze conversion, traffic, and trading performance  Execute catalog audits to ensure the right Fashion products are live and accurately presented  Monitor inventory levels across all GCC Fashion domains  Use analytics tools to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps  Support demand management activities based on sales insights  Develop and optimize SEO (search engine optimization) and pay-per-click (PPC) initiatives  Propose, execute, and evaluate promotions across Fashion e-commerce platforms  Report promotion performance and campaign effectiveness  Support the Senior Marketing Manager on digital strategies related to website merchandising, promotions, personalization, and new digital experiences  Keep the e-commerce site engaging and up to date through banners, content updates, and seasonal storytelling  Request and deliver creative collateral for new and existing international Fashion domains  Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, particularly Buying, Brand, Creative, and Marketing teams  Partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver aligned commercial and brand objectives    What equips you for the role:   Qualifications & Experience: Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Bachelor’s degree preferred    Minimum Experience: Graduate or graduate‑caliber professional with 2–4 years’ experience in a similar role within a Fashion or Lifestyle e-commerce environment  2–4 years’ hands-on experience in e-commerce merchandising, CMS systems, and marketplace platforms  Advanced proficiency in Excel  Strong analytical capability with proven experience interpreting commercial data  Excellent written and verbal communication skills    Job-Specific Skills:    Experience using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics is an advantage  Exposure to SEO and on-site search optimization strategies is an advantage  Experience working with international e-commerce domains is an advantage  Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is an advantage  Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy  Ability to work efficiently under deadlines in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment  Customer-centric mindset when developing web content and digital experiences  Strong analytical and numerical skills, with a solid understanding of premium Fashion market drivers  Previous Fashion range, category, or brand experience at a similar level is preferred    Behavioral Competencies: Strong cultural alignment with Al‑Futtaim values  Resilient, driven, and results-oriented  Strong commercial eye for product, presentation, and online trading  Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally  Proactive, adaptable, and motivated to deliver continuous improvement  Ambitious, while remaining commercially grounded   About Al-Futtaim Retail Al-Futtaim Retail has established itself as one of the leaders in Retail across the Middle East, Africa & Asia over the past 30 years.
