THE ROLE The Online Merchandiser is part of our Sydney team and responsible for driving online sales, conversion and margin through strategic onsite trading and optimisation for our Singapore market. The role ensures the right products are visible, discoverable and commercially prioritised, aligning inventory, campaigns and customer experience to achieve revenue targets. This role will plan and manage inventory and delivery to time, cost, and customer expectations through best use of combined internal and external resources. You will be responsible for, but not limited to: Daily and weekly trading analysis, providing insights and actions to improve performance and meet targets. Analysis of customer behaviour and conversion trends to pull levers to capitalise on opportunities. Owning site search and merchandising from set up, ranking logic, searchable attributes, synonyms, filters, and rule modifications Campaign execution from marketing campaigns, promotions, and sale. Creating collection links, updating pricing, merchandising relevant products in key positions. Product pricing on site and overseeing product enrichment. Reviewing site analytics and preparing recommendations for products to be promoted across marketing channels. Identifying stock and sales opportunities to increase stock allocation and improve sales and sell through. Driving end-to-end management of site issues, from identification through to resolution. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR? Prior experience within a similar Online Merchandising position and three of more years’ experience in Merchandising. Comprehensive understanding of Excel and confidence using merchandising software and online tools, preferably with Shopify knowledge. Experience using Google Analytics (GA4), building custom reports and interpreting data. Comfortable working cross-functionally and operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Strong initiative and high-level negotiation and influencing skills. Able to work different time zones with remote teams. Sneaker knowledge desirable. WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
