Are you a people person who loves creating positive experiences? We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Online Navigator to join our energetic Online Team at our Head Office in Bristol.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

As an Online Navigator, you’ll be the first point of contact for our potential customers, helping them take the next step in their journey with us. Your role will include:

  • Engaging with customers via online chat or over the phone to understand their needs and guide them toward booking an appointment.
  • Capturing key information and updating our sales system to ensure we’re delivering a personalised experience.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.
  • Working hand-in-hand with our sales team by turning inbound enquiries into scheduled appointments.
