Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Order Fulfilment and Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently processing online orders and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience. You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships with our valued customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in online order fulfilment and customer service is preferred, but this is not a requirement.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional demeanour.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and ability to handle challenging customer situations with patience and empathy.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with consumer products and basic knowledge of retail industry trends.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Forklift license preferred but not essential

· Process online orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely shipment and delivery.
· Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure inventory availability and proper order fulfilment.
· Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve any issues or complaints effectively.
· Provide product information, answer questions, and assist customers with order placement and tracking.
· Handle customer enquires via various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer concerns and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
· Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings, promotions, and company policies.
· Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company guidelines.
· Assist with general administrative tasks to support the overall operations of the marketing and ecommerce team.
