Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for ensuring online orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time. You will also be the first point of contact for customer queries, returns, and phone support, ensuring a professional and friendly experience at all times.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Pick and pack online orders with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handle customer queries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Process customer returns and exchanges.
  • Assist with picking orders directly from the shop floor.
  • Maintain a tidy, organised, and safe packing/dispatch area.
  • Provide excellent communication and service to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Support general shop operations when required.
