Sales Optimization: Actively suggest additional related products to customers and assist in promotional campaigns to meet sales targets. Maintenance of Inventory Stock Monitoring: Monitor inventory levels in real-time, performing physical inventory counts (cycle counts) and updating product availability across all online platforms. Procurement: Identify low-stock items, manage backorders, and place orders with suppliers/vendors to maintain necessary inventory levels. Data Accuracy: Ensure accuracy in digital product files, including images, descriptions, part numbers, and pricing data. Organization: Organize the parts inventory area for efficient picking and packing, ensuring a clean and safe storage environment. Requirements Qualifications & Required Skills Experience: 2–3 years of experience in parts sales, e-commerce, or industrial customer service, often with previous experience in an ERP system (e.g., SAP, Epicor). Technical Skills: Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, eBay, Amazon) and intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
